Blaire is a native Texan with over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. She received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas in 2002 and began work on her real estate license soon thereafter. In 2007, she earned her broker’s license. Blaire was recognized as one of the top performing agents at Magnolia Realty in 2022.


When she is not working on her business, Blaire enjoys traveling and exploring the Waco area with her 3 children. She loves baking, reading and gardening in her free time.
